Welcome to Full Stack Agility
Agile practices and techniques are evolving almost as fast as the technology we use as customers or technologists every day. Principles, values, frameworks and mindsets remain relevant, but the state of the art for you as a person, a team, or an organization is highly dynamic. Full Stack Agility offers tools and approaches that prioritize immediate benefits with lasting value. An irony of many traditional agile adoptions is the long latency periods of investment without visible benefit.
Full Stack Agility emphasizes simplicity and clarity and action-orientation, enabling meaningful insights and actions appropriate to the role and context of our clients. |

In a post-COVID world, even children have become experts in distributed, remote-participation. We offer both blended and focused workshops from one hour to a week or more (for strategy design) that you can do from the comfort or chaos of your own workspace.
The ToolkitsYou may have learned about FullStackAgility through one of our toolkits. These are playbooks, blueprints, and templates field tested across many organizations and industries that may save you orders of magnitude of time and money. Some are free, some may require your CFO's approval! They all contain the tradecraft and intellectual property of decades of field experience, and are potentially both a substitute for seven and eight-figure consulting services. The architecture to create or spin off a firm is contained in our advanced toolkits, which is currently only available to Partners with whom we have worked.

Is Agile fragile, or is Agility the new stability? Why does it feel like we've adopting Agile for years and nobody really seems to know what to do next?

All the Tools You Need to Succeed, at Scale, at Speed
Your way of working as an individual, as a team, as an organization, even as a government, may be under enormous pressure to change. The nuances of how this will happen are different in every context. Even an individual will need to approach change in their own lives differently depending on the change they're trying to make, who else it may involve, the stage of their life, even the season of the year! COVID has emphasized just how quickly and dramatically the changes that may face us can be. Each of us will experiment in different ways, learning in different ways, and have different paces for different types of change.
|
The techniques for approaching change are well understood, but tend to take a backseat to the area we're trying to change - for example, dieting and fitness books will focus on staying on track, and on track is typically defined as the particular diet or fitness program being promoted. Many of these programs will be successful if followed closely, but the difficulty, the predictable difficulty, in following them closely is actually the chief challenge. Agility in the form of "Agile" and other business changes are sometimes presented the same way. FullStackAgility incorporates these challenges into its approach and material, and encourages the user of this material at every stage of the journey.
