We share TradecraftWhile specific technologies can emerge and disappear before you get a chance to try them out, let alone master them, many techniques and practices of ethically promoting collaboration that translates into actions and rapid learning are "evergreen".
While changes in technology (ChatGPT, anyone?), cultural moments, and nuances that make these practices valuable, and ideally "transformative" may require many years of field experience, education, and peer mentoring to master, we've experimented with activity-based learning and transparency around some of the "backstage" tools enough to convince ourselves that a lot of the "hard yards" can be avoided. Great coaches, trainers, consultants and the occasional guru are still highly valuable, but access to the behind-the-scenes tradecraft will make any of these relationships even more beneficial. |
Make it SimpleThe "keep it simple" mantra is valuable, but limited. Difficult and complex topics don't magically become simple, or "stay" simple, because they weren't simple to start with. Someone or someones need to create or validate that simplicity for your context. We strive to do that on your behalf, then enable you to take it further until the point that you really do need help.
